Payments

* When making payment, please add to total %10 hotel tax. Once we have confirmed your reservation, you will need to send the agreed-upon deposit to Casa Chips. We normally prefer a check or money order sent to the U.S. address but upon request we will bill you through PayPal. If you use PayPal to pay the deposit we ask that you pay using your checking account NOT a credit card, as it costs us an additional 3% if you do. If you would like to use the credit card PayPal option, we will pass along those additional costs to you! There are also extra PayPal charges associated with using currency other than U.S. dollars, we can discuss that when we book your reservation. If you mail in a check please fill out the Reservation Form and mail it along with your deposit.

There is a $20 cancellation fee for processing refunds. Refunds will be as follows:

1.  Low Season: 100% refund for cancellations made four weeks in advance of reservation, 75% refund if cancelled three weeks in advance of reservation, 50% refund for cancellation more than two week in advance of reservation, and the deposit is forfeited if canceled less than two week prior to the date of the reservation.

2.  High Season: 100% refund for cancellations made one month in advance of reservation, 75% refund three weeks in advance of reservation, 50% refund less than two weeks in advance of reservation, and the deposit is forfeited if canceled less than one week prior to the date of the reservation.

3.  Christmas/New Year’s Holidays and Easter Weeks: 100% refund for cancellations made two months more in advance of reservation, 50% refund if cancelled more than one month but less than two months in advance of reservation, 50% refund less than one month but more than three weeks in advance of reservation, and the deposit is forfeited if canceled less than two weeks prior to reservation.

• There is s a 5-night minimum for suites #5, #6, #7,#9 and #10 during the holiday season.
• There is a four night minimum for rooms # 1,#2,#3,#4 & #8. For a minimum three night stay in these rooms add 20% to the listed rates.

4. Additional Notes: Daily and weekly rates do not include the 10% Mexican taxes or gratuities. Please note that any reservations of four nights or less will require payment be made in full prior to arrival. Refunds for any changes require sufficient notification as outlined in our Refund Policy section (above).
