Our Staff

Hotel Casa Chips is managed by Iriz Gallarado Gutierrez and Damian Sachez Rodriguez, a lovely young couple, and their three children Danny, Naomi and Moises, ‘Bruno the Pug’ and ‘Danny Boy the House Parrot’.

Iriz and Damian have 10 years combined experience in the hotel industry.  Iris is a skilled Bookkeeper and Interior Designer, and Damian is in charge of reservations, maintenance and repairs.

Besides parenting, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of Hotel Casa Chips, Iriz and Damian connect guests with local activities, entertainment amd fiestas, cater to special needs and requests of guests (when required) and provide other guest services too numerous to mention.

‘Bruno the Pug’, ‘Danny Boy the House Parrot’ and the happy, smiling faces of the family and locals create a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere.

The goal of management is that our valued guests consistently desire to return to yet another perfect vacation in beautiful, natural surroundings.
